Jury is Out Deliberating in Diddy Extortion and Racketeering Trial
I’m no expert in federal criminal law, but I did teach criminal law at the now defunct New College School of law when I was a law professor there.
I know, new information for some of you.
In my unusually humble opinion the prosecution did not meet their burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt, so not guilty.
What do you think?
I think they could get him on prostitution charges but did not ave a strong case on sex trafficking.
